According to the latest news AGEGA leader Mr. Rehman Ali Bajwa the summary of Upgradation of [Time Scale BPS-01 to BPS-16] Federal Employees including the upgradation of clerical staff UDC/LDC has been Approved by Prime Minister. Early, The Minister of Finance has moved this summary to the Prime Minister for approval. Also Various newspapers and News Channels have shared this breaking news.

It is good news for Federal Govt employees, especially the Non-Gazetted staff and UDC/LDC technical and non technical employees. The signed copy of the summary I have not yet received. As soon as I get a copy of this summary I shall share for the information about the employees. According to the summary the following has been recommended for Federal Government Employees:

The post of Lower Division Clerk LDC will be upgraded from BPS 9 to BPS 11 and that of Upper Division Clerk UDC from BPS 11 to 13, along with incumbents.
The employees of [BPS-01 to BPS-05] will get two 2 scales up-gradation.
• The employees of BPS-06 to BPS-15 (Except LDC and UDC) will get one scale up time scale. The BPS-16 employees Superintendents will get one time up-gradation to BPS-17.
• BPS-16 technical and non-technical employees will get one extra increment.
• With effect from 1st January 2023.
On the demand of All Government Employees Grand Alliance, the Special Committee for Affected Employees headed by Mr. Abdul Qadir Mandukhel has issued instructions to make all daily wages contract employees permanent within fifteen days. Upgradation of federal employees on the pattern of provinces and elimination of salary discrimination according to the recommendations of the Pay and Pension Commission, house rent, medical and canon allowance will also be approved very soon, God willing.

In the name of Justice, One time upgradation like Superintendent BS-16 to 17 may also be reconsidered and given to All APS in BS-16 ( only existing incumbents).
In the upgradation agreement subject it was written as ” upgradation of posts in BS -1 to 16, irrespective of any nomenclature whereas post of Superintendent was specifically included in the Summary. All struggle and efforts were made by
