Summary of Time Scale Promotion All BPS-01 to BPS-16 Federal goverment has been Approved by PM, Time scale shall be granted to all civil servants in BPS-1 to BPS-16 of Federal Government, during entire service as per the following pattern:

Second time scale: on completion of 08 years service after grant of first scale or last promation.
