The undersigned is directed to refer to M/o Defence (Defence Division), U.O.No. 3/93/D.17/2004 dated 21 September 2021, on the subject noted above and to state that obtaining a prior NOC from this Division is mandatory before making the prescribed kind of recruitment. Moreover, requisite staff with matching qualifications, experience, and grades is not available in the surplus pool for absorption against the reported vacant posts.
