OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: REQUEST FOR REVISION OF NOC FOR RECRUITMENT IN ICT POLICE
Dated 11th August, 2021 on the subject noted above and to state the obtaining a prior NOC from this Division is mandatory before making prescribed kind recruitment. Moreover, requisite staff with matching qualification, experience and grade not available in the surplus pool for absorption against the reported vacant post Therefore, Ministry of Interior may fill 1565 x vacant posts of different cadres (Ministeri & Executive Staff) ranging from (BPS-01 to BPS-15) i.e. 12 x Assistant (BS-15 19 x Stenotypist (BS-14), 06 x DEO (BS-14), 12 x UDC (BS-11), 21 x LDC (BS-09 10 x Naib Qasid (BPS-01), 80 x Follower (BS-01), 115 X ASI (BPS-11) & 1290 x Constab (BPS-07) in ICT Police under M/o Interior as mentioned in the O.M. under reference accordance with the approved recruitment rules of the posts subject to completion of codal formalities and in line with the directions of this Division’s Recruitment Policy data 22-10-2014, as amended from time to time, and mechanism dated 16-01-2015, amend from time to time.
2. This NOC is valid for a period of six (06) months from the date of its issue. However, according to para 1-(xiii) of recruitment policy guidelines dated 22-10-2014, amended from time to time recruitment is required to be finalized within 120 days fro the date of advertisement.
3. The advertisement to be published for recruitment may be forwarded by concerned Ministry/Division directly to Press Information Department, Information Broadcasting Division. However, the appointing authority of the concerii Ministry/Division/Department/Organization shall ensure completion of all procedu and codal requirements in letter & spirit in line with the Recruitment Policy while maki recruitment and will be held responsible for illegality if any.
