The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad has announced the General Training Program (GRE) 2022 for Pakistani students who want to pursue their PhD degree in US universities. GRE is ‘US-Pak Knowledge Corridor’ initiative for prospective students and Non-PhD Faculty. HEC has planned to collect applications from all over the Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir nationals for GRE 2022.
Hence, the candidates who want to study in US Universities to get PhD degree must apply for this training. The last date to submit online application form is December 10, 2022.
GRE (General) Training 2022 US-Pak Knowledge Corridor:
GRE (General) Training is announced by the Higher Education Commission under US-Pak Knowledge Corridor. Non-PhD, Faculty can apply for this training through online application form before December 10, 2022. Who can apply for GRE (General) Training Program 2022?
HEC announces that prospective students and also Non-PhD staff can apply for PhD scholarships in US universities under US-Pak Knowledge Corridor initiative. HEC invites online applications for the physical and online GRE Training 2022 from Pakistani and AJK Nationals.
HEC GRE Training 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility criteria are mentioned here so you must read these first then apply for GRE training.
- The interested candidates must have Pakistani / AJK Nationals
- Must have minimum of 4 years Degree Program (BS) or 16 Years Education
- Candidate don’t have 2nd or 3rd Division in Entire Educational Career
- Maximum Age Limit for applying GRE 2022 must not exceed:
- 38 Years when the candidate is Regular Government Employee, Regular Employee of Public Sector University, or Regular Researchers of Registered Research & Development (R & D) Organizations
- Not Exceed to 33 Years in all other cases
- Candidate can’t avail any other HEC Scholarship when applying for GRE 2022
- Previously Availed GRE Training Opportunity can’t apply anymore
HEC GRE Training 2022 Fee Criteria:
Non-PhD faculty who want to pursue his/her degree in US can apply for this training program. They must submit fee for GRE. A concessional fee for online training is PKR Rs. 2,500 and for physical training the amount will be charged PKR Rs. 5,000.

- After fill the form, click on the submit button
- At this time, there is no need to pay the fee because once you shortlisted then will pay the fee
